I finally got my hands on one of these and my only complaint is how long it took. TomTom truly did not expect how popular these units would be and as a result have not done well with their production times. The GPS chip is much more accurate than the one included using the iPhone. I love that I can play music through the TomTom app while receiving directions. All in all this is really a pretty good buy as I was within the require for a cradle, hands free of charge, and hand held GPS unit!

I purchased it. Certain it’s just a little pricier than the others about the market, but the fit is perfect. It’s not too tight or as well big. It allows me to simply get rid of it from the case, or open the front flap and search for something rapidly. There’s a magnetic closure that keeps the flap closed. If I could think of one improvement it would be to design the flap to stay open just a little easier when I am working with the unit in the case.

The only issue that I had was getting it function. If you have a Vista HCX you have to have the latest update for the GPS for the card to function in the GPS. You have to figure this out on your personal because garmin doesn’t have any info to this in with the card. Also if you try to look it up in on the website be sure to become precise, don’t type Topo US kind Topo U.S. It took me an hour to figure this out.
